Symbian Foundation an independent, non-profit organization with mission of enabling an open eco system that collaborates to create the most complete user experience for mobile devices, recently announced the release of Symbian Horizon at the Symbian Exchange and Exposition 2009.
Symbian Horizon is a publishing program for Symbian developers where they can now sign up for the program and have their application listed in the Symbian Horizon Directory.
